Job Description: Academic Counselor – Admissions

Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career pathways.
Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online channels.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures.
Maintain and update inquiry and admission records in the CRM.
Follow up with leads to maximize admissions conversion.
Participate in school visits, webinars, and promotional events.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for accurate program information.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Business, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in admissions or academic counseling preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage student queries professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,541.12 - ₹40,627.37 per month
