Role Overview: As a part of the team responsible for the development of new components for upcoming projects at plant level, your role will involve various activities ranging from supplier technical discussions to APQP & PPAP, as well as handling complaints regarding parts in serial production. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Incoming Inspections effectively. - Monitor Supplier Performance closely. - Review and Release Supplier PPAP documents. - Handle Change Management efficiently. - Address Part Quality issues from suppliers and oversee the action plan using various Quality tools. - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of IATF/TS16949 standards and core tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. - Apply various Problem Solving Techniques as needed. - Possess knowledge about different Manufacturing processes including Molding, Stamping, Rubber, etc. - Conduct Process Audits including System Audit, Process Audit, VDA Audit, etc. - Manage Supplier Part Quality related costs. - Coordinate effectively to resolve issues between Plant and Supplier. - Drive suppliers aggressively to meet automotive requirements. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification required is B.E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - 10 to 12 years of work experience in the Automotive Industry. - Prior experience in Supplier Quality or Quality profile is preferred. - Ability to take complete ownership of assigned work area and execute tasks proactively.,
