Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

SQL SSRS Developer

with strong expertise in database development, report generation, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize
SQL queries
, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views using Microsoft SQL Server.
Develop, deploy, and maintain
SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
reports based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business users to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform
ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
processes and data integrations as required.
Conduct
database performance tuning
and query optimization for efficient data retrieval.
Work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven insights and decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve SQL database and SSRS report-related issues.
Create
ad hoc reports and dashboards
as per end-user requests.
Maintain
data integrity, security, and compliance
with organizational standards.

Required Skills Experience:

5+ years of experience in
SQL Server development
with expertise in complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Proven hands-on experience in
SSRS report development
, including parameterized, drill-down, and paginated reports.
Strong understanding of
relational database concepts
, normalization, and indexing strategies.
Experience with
ETL processes
and integrating data from multiple systems.
Proficiency in handling
large datasets
and optimizing performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Familiarity with
version control tools
(e.g., Git, TFS) is a plus.
Exposure to
Power BI, SSIS
, or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
