Strong hands on experience in SQL Server programming in creation and optimization ofstored procedures, triggers and user defined functions4. Must be able to build Business Intelligence solutions in a collaborative, agile developmentenvironment5. Strong exposure to OLAP systems6. Demonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisions7. Proven strong relationship-building and communication skills with team members andbusiness users
