Job Description

As a SQL Server Database Administrator, your role involves writing SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and optimizing query performance using tools like Performance Monitor and SQL Profiler. You will also be responsible for database backups, restores, recovery models, and managing operations such as Clustering, Database mirroring, and Replication. Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage databases, users, roles, and permissions - Monitor and manage connection and session issues, including locks - Perform index management, integrity checks, and implement table partitioning - Utilize SQL Server tools for Performance Optimization and Data Migration - Develop and troubleshoot SQL Code, including stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, and constraints - Manage database servers across different environments like Production, UAT, Staging, and Development - Handle databases with a large volume of highly secure and sensitive data - Familiarity with supporting Tools like Jira/Service Now is desired Qualifications Required: - B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) / MCA with 5+ years of experience in database development and support in MS SQL Server environments - Experience in Database Administration in SQL Server versions 2019, 2016, 2014, 2012 - Knowledge of Postgres or Oracle will be considered an additional qualification If you are ready for your next career move and meet the qualifications mentioned above, please share your updated resume to: tae8@mazenetsolution.com.
