Job Description

Job Summary:

SQL Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Write, test, and maintain
complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions
.
Design, develop, and optimize database schemas and structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across databases.
Collaborate with application developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into database solutions.
Support ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration from multiple sources.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 years of experience as a SQL Programmer, Database Developer, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in
SQL
and relational database systems such as
SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
.
Experience with database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
