SQL Developer

As an SQL Developer at our company based in Bhopal, M, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust database solutions to ensure optimal performance and support business applications. Your expertise in SQL development, database design, and problem-solving skills will be essential for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, schemas, tables, views, and indexes. - Create complex stored procedures, triggers, functions, and scripts to meet business requirements. - Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization in database designs. - Write optimized SQL queries for integration, reporting, and business operations. - Perform query tuning and optimize performance using execution plans and indexes. - Maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems. - Implement data backup, recovery, and security best practices. - Collaborate with application developers, BI teams, and business analysts for database-driven solutions. - Support data migration, ETL processes, and integration with third-party applications. - Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions. - Document database structures, processes, and procedures. - Adhere to organizational standards for database development, testing, and deployment. - Contribute to enhancing database governance and compliance practices. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3-6 years of hands-on experience as an SQL Developer (or similar role). - Strong expertise in MS SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL. - Proficient in writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. - Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, normalization, and indexing strategies. - Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and database profiling. - Knowledge of ETL processes and integration tools. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). In addition to the above, if you have experience with SSRS/SSIS/SSAS or other reporting/BI tools, exposure to cloud databases like Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, or knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra, it would be considered a plus. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team will be beneficial in this role.,
