1. Scope of the role Responsible TOC One Beat Application , Watch Retail Reporter DIGITAL platforms 2. Job Profile The person would be working on (TOC-One Beat) Supply Chain Digital platform and provide solutions by understanding the business requirements, finalizing business processes and providing inputs to technical team for Configuring, Testing, End user training Responsible for Managing the IT Infrastructure of TOC Managing the IT-Security requirements for TOC Applications. Working closely with Vendor Partner to deliver on time Strong SQL Query writing skills 3.Key Stakeholders Watch Merchandising Team, Watch Retail Team,W&W Store teams,SAP IT teams,POSS teams,LFS Teams 4. Key Deliverables Ensure the Performance Targets (metrics) are delivered with regard to inhouse and third party systems: High Availability, Responsiveness, Optimum Utilization of Server Resources and Applications Ensure Data Integrity Ensure issues related to data exchange between systems are resolved within expected timelines based on business criticality Co-ordinate with IT & Retail team to manage applications at store level and enterprise level. Releasing New Version in Frequent intervals Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade Third party integrations 5.The Right Person At least 5 years of Work Experience in SQL Query writing,TOC applications,SAP handson expererience. Sound understanding of Business Process in the Supply domain and Retail Good Documentation skills & Analytical skills. 6.Additional IT skills Server Administration Webservices and Microservices Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade Third party integrations
