This full-stack position is responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for Foursights proprietary loan origination system (LOS), loan servicing system (LSS), and ancillary systems. This position will directly interface with subject matter experts across all business lines, including Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Credit, Legal, and Customer Service. Development Philosophy We are a rapidly growing, small shop development group focusing on business flexibility, providing value added solutions that affect profitability, and integrating with 3rd parties. Our approach is to abstract our processes for reusability; therefore, we focus on services, procedures, and basic OOP principles. We standardize our approach to designing and developing so the next guy fixing our bugs can resolve them efficiently. We collaborate on design, development, technology, and testing; and we take ownership of everything we build. Job Duties: Design and Develop functions, stored procedures, views, tables, etc. to expand functionality of proprietary finance origination and servicing systems. Design and Develop ad hoc reports, SQL Server Jobs, and Telerik reporting files. Work to refactor non-performant queries, indexes, and processes. Design and Develop CLR stored procedures, SSIS packages, and data warehousing processes and schema. MUST HAVE SKILLS: 3 - 6 years of experience working in SQL Server Management Studio. Expertise with SQL Server, Database Design, and T-SQL. Ability to dive deep into complex business logic. Knowledge of consumer finance, accounting, analytics. Experience in design, development and best practices for database solutions and architecture. Exceptional skills in documentation and communicating complex concepts. Experience performance tuning. Youll work with the Developers to determine how to test various pieces of code and to ensure the business requirements were fulfilled. You will also work in conjunction with Foursights Support Analyst in releasing software and providing hands-on touch for Foursight Developers. Key Responsibilities: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that software meets business requirements. Execute test cases in production and test environments. Intake and analyze user-reported bugs; recreate issues for the development team. Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure break/fixes are properly triaged based on business impact. Conduct pre-release testing and provide hands-on support to developers during release cycles. Work with the full QA team to ensure systems and releases are deployed without disrupting business operations. Assist in drafting and validating ticket requirements to ensure completeness and accuracy. Provide support for non-development technical issues within the development team. Assist with code releases as needed.
