Your responsibilities will include designing and developing AI models and algorithms to address complex business problems. You will implement machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business requirements. In addition, you will preprocess and clean data to maintain accuracy for model training, optimize AI models using various algorithms, and conduct experiments to enhance model performance. Monitoring the deployment of AI models in production environments and staying updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of industry experience in developing AI solutions. Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is essential. A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data preprocessing techniques is also required. Experience in working with large datasets, data visualization, and cloud platforms for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity in overcoming challenges, and effective communication and teamwork abilities are key attributes for success in this role.
