SQA Engineer

As an SQA Engineer in the Quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and approving Supplier PPAP documentation, utilizing quality tools like MSA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions for sheet metal components. Additionally, you will operate and update quality systems using SAP, identify and segregate accepted items, and quarantine and return rejected items to suppliers. You will conduct supplier audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities, and coordinate with suppliers on customer complaints, driving corrective actions using the 8D methodology. Maintaining all relevant quality records and documentation will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as being accountable for all Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) activities. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
