A Sprinkr Anayst is a professiona responsibe for managing and optimizing the use of Sprinkr, a socia media management and customer experience patform. Their primary focus is on utiizing Sprinkr's toos and features to enhance a company's socia media presence, engagement, and customer interactions. The roe invoves a combination of technica proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong communication skis. Key Responsibiities: Patform Management: Administer and configure Sprinkr patform settings to aign with the organization's socia media goas. Stay updated on the atest Sprinkr features and functionaities and recommend updates to enhance efficiency. Data Anaysis: Anayze socia media data using Sprinkr anaytics toos to derive actionabe insights. Generate reports and dashboards to measure the performance of socia media campaigns and activities. Campaign Execution: Pan, impement, and manage socia media campaigns using Sprinkr toos. Coaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns aign with overa business objectives. Set up and manage Googe Marketing Patform and the different aspects of Googe Ad campaigns, incuding Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360, Adwords, YouTube, DoubeCick, Foodight, and Googe Dispay Network among others. Deveop PPC strategies to enhance onine visibiity and brand awareness. Lead and optimize dispay campaigns for mutipe devices. Continuousy anayze and optimize ad campaigns for improved performance. Required education Bacheor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technica and professiona expertise Proven experience in socia media management, with a focus on Sprinkr. Strong anaytica skis and the abiity to interpret socia media data. Famiiarity with socia media trends, patforms, and best practices. Technica proficiency in using Sprinkr toos and features. Understanding of customer experience and engagement strategies At east 2 to 3 years of experience in Googe Ads and search engine marketing. Knowedge of marketing anaytics toos, such as Googe Anaytics and Adobe Anaytics Knowedge of GTM (Googe Tag Manager) and impementing Googe Anaytics, FB Pixes and a other marketing pixes using GTM Abiity to set up and manage ad campaigns on socia media channes, such as Meta, X, Instagram, and YouTube among others Preferred technica and professiona experience Strong communication skis necessary to ead conversations with the cient to understand their Googe ad campaign needs and expectations, and taior soutions accordingy. Proficiency in deveoping and impementing a programmatic ad strategy in DV360. Abiity to test and adopt new Googe ads toos, based on avaiabiity and feasibiity.
