Springboard Internship - Client Services

As a Client Services Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of the Client Services team, providing support across various projects. Your responsibilities will include assisting team members with day-to-day project activities, coordinating projects across departments, conducting research, and audits to ensure smooth communication among different teams. You will be managing client relationships and project activities, which involve organizing meetings, preparing reports, updating project status, collaborating with strategy and creative teams, participating in ideation sessions, and staying updated on project resourcing. Additionally, you will schedule meetings, follow-ups, and assist in meeting deadlines. Your role will also involve participating in project meetings and documenting minutes for future actions. To excel in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. You should demonstrate ownership and responsibility in managing projects from start to finish, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proactive and can-do attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is required, and prior internship or work experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
