PhysioKarma Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a multidisciplinary organization working across Physiotherapy, Psychology, Fitness and Brain Training. We collaborate with schools, sports academies, charitable initiatives and high-performance centers to enhance mental and physical performance.

We are looking for a passionate Sports Psychologist to support athletes and students in building mental resilience, focus, and performance strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assessment & Evaluation

• Conduct psychological assessments for athletes and students.
• Identify mental strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to coaches, trainers and parents.

2. Counseling & Mental Skills Training

• Develop mental skills programs including focus, confidence, motivation and stress management.
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
• Support athletes in handling pressure, competition anxiety and performance slumps.

3. Collaboration & Program Design

• Work closely with physiotherapists, fitness trainers, and brain training teams.
• Integrate psychological strategies into training programs.
• Design workshops, sessions, and interventions tailored to age groups and skill levels.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track progress and provide regular feedback to management, coaches, and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidential psychological records and reports.

5. Research & Development

• Stay updated with sports psychology trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Suggest new strategies to enhance athlete performance and well-being.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology with specialization in Sports Psychology preferred.
• Experience working with athletes, school children, or in performance enhancement settings.
• Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and adapt to dynamic environments.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
