Sports Leader

You will be working as an Omni Sports Advisor at Decathlon Calangute Mall, the only Decathlon store in Goa, with a spacious sales area of 2,500 sq. meters. Situated in a vibrant tourist hub, you will be surrounded by a thriving sports culture encompassing water sports, football, running, hiking, and more. The store prides itself on having passionate teammates who actively participate in sports and celebrate success together. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a WOW Customer Experience: - Greeting, smiling, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. - Engaging customers through sports communities and promoting sports. - Encouraging customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities. - Proposing the right products and services based on customer needs. - Using all available channels to meet customer needs. - Ensuring a smooth checkout experience and suggesting complementary products. - Ensuring product availability and updating signages for customer convenience. - Being accountable for delivery. - Guaranteeing WOW displayed layout: - Ensuring the best layout for customers that is safe, welcoming, and engaging. - Allowing customers to test all solutions and highlighting omnichannel offers. - Knowing the complete store and online product range and suggesting the best solutions. - Ensuring necessary services for sports practice are available. - Highlighting Circular offer and relevant services.
