Job Title: Spoken English Trainer Job Summary: We are looking for a Spoken English Trainer to help students from 1st to 9th standard develop their fluency, pronunciation, and communication skills . The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of creating an interactive and engaging learning environment . Key Responsibilities: Conduct spoken English sessions tailored to different age groups, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, and vocabulary building . Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to students from beginner to advanced levels . Use interactive activities like role-playing, storytelling, and group discussions to improve students' confidence. Assess students' spoken English proficiency through tests and assignments. Provide constructive feedback to help students refine their speaking skills. Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lessons. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Prior experience as a Spoken English Trainer is preferred but not mandatory. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate students in learning. Patience and adaptability to work with students of varying proficiency levels.
