Job Title: NEET Foundation Biology Trainer Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology Trainer to guide students in classes 7 to 9 through foundational concepts essential for NEET preparation . The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of biology fundamentals , excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire young learners. Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive biology lessons tailored for NEET foundation students (7th to 9th standard) . Develop structured lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests aligned with the NEET syllabus. Simplify complex biological concepts to enhance conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills . Provide individual mentorship and track student progress through assessments. Stay updated with NEET exam patterns and integrate relevant topics into the curriculum. Collaborate with other faculty members to improve teaching strategies and student engagement. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Biology or a related field (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in teaching NEET foundation courses is an advantage. Strong communication and classroom management skills . Ability to create interactive and engaging learning experiences . Passion for mentoring students and guiding them toward academic success.
