Spoken English Trainer

We are looking for a confident, passionate, and experienced English Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive English language sessions for students/working professionals. The trainer should have excellent communication skills and the ability to teach grammar, spoken English, writing, and personality development topics effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Spoken English, Grammar, Vocabulary, and Communication Skills classes.
• Train students in Conversation Skills, Public Speaking, Pronunciation, and Fluency building.
• Prepare lesson plans and customize teaching methods based on learner levels.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure an interactive learning environment.
• Use audio–visual tools and practical activities to enhance learning.
• Conduct mock interviews, role-plays, group discussions, and presentation sessions.
• Maintain attendance records and training reports.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken & written).
• Strong grammar knowledge and ability to simplify concepts.
• Prior experience as an English/IELTS/Spoken English Trainer preferred.
• Pleasant personality and good classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage learners of all ages.
• Graduation/Post-graduation in English, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Comfortable with offline/online teaching (as applicable).

Pay: ₹10,881.74 - ₹32,793.77 per month
