Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (with variable pay post-training)

About Catepilla Child Development Center

Catepilla, an ISO-certified & award-winning center co-founded by a doctor–engineer duo, brings international early-intervention standards to India. We specialize in holistic, non-clinical, child-centered care for children with Autism, ADHD, speech-language delays, and other developmental challenges — blending neuroscience, therapy, and technology to create measurable change.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates in Speech and Hearing / Audiology / Speech-Language Pathology
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil
• A deep passion for working with children
• Basic understanding of speech, language, and feeding disorders
• A learning mindset and willingness to grow within our structured, supportive environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy for children aged 2 to 12 years
• Design individualised therapy programs for speech, language, and communication
• Collaborate with occupational, physiotherapy, and psychology teams
• Communicate regularly with parents for home carry-over strategies
• Participate in training, case discussions, and multidisciplinary reviews
