JOB DESCRIPTION SPEECH THERAPIST
Role Purpose:
To help children develop effective communication, speech, and language skills, enabling them to express themselves confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication needs. - Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language development. - Work with children on feeding and swallowing concerns if required. - Use play-based and evidence-based therapy approaches. - Collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team for progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
- Experience working with children with speech delays, ASD, or related conditions preferred.
- Empathy, patience, and innovative therapy approaches.
