Our inclusive, nurturing environment allows children with autism to thrive. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Gorakhpur. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children with autism. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting therapy sessions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to support the child’s overall development. The Speech Therapist will also work on enhancing the child's communication and swallowing skills through evidence-based practices and strategies. Qualifications Expertise in Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders Experience with Speech and Language Disorders Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and intervention Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Relevant certification and licensure in speech-language pathology Experience in working with children with autism and special needs is a plus Show more Show less
