We're Hiring: Speech-Language Therapist

Location: Sprouts Child Development Centre, Gurgaon

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• 1+ years of relevant clinical or center-based experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Design and conduct therapy sessions based on individual child profiles
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and psychologists
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to track progress and suggest home strategies
• Maintain detailed records, therapy plans, and progress notes

Who We're Looking For:

• A confident, compassionate, and creative therapist
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of innovative and evidence-based therapy approaches
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and early intervention is a plus
