We're Hiring: Speech-Language Therapist Location: Sprouts Child Development Centre, Gurgaon At Sprouts CDC, we believe in nurturing every child’s potential through compassion, innovation, and collaboration. We are currently looking for an experienced Speech-Language Therapist who is passionate about early intervention and holistic child development. Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology 1+ years of relevant clinical or center-based experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children Design and conduct therapy sessions based on individual child profiles Collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, special educators, and psychologists Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to track progress and suggest home strategies Maintain detailed records, therapy plans, and progress notes Who We're Looking For: A confident, compassionate, and creative therapist Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of innovative and evidence-based therapy approaches Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Experience with autism spectrum disorders and early intervention is a plus Why Join Sprouts?
