Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Speech and Language Therapist. The therapist will evaluate and create tailored treatment plans to improve communication abilities for children with autism and related neurodiverse conditions. Daily tasks include conducting speech therapy sessions, addressing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing individualized therapy goals, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal progress. The role also involves guiding families and caregivers on reinforcement techniques to support therapy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia management
• Proficiency in addressing Speech and Language Disorders
• Experience working with Communication Disorders in diverse populations
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with children, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
• Passion for working with neurodiverse children and a patient, empathetic approach
