PRO / Marketing Executive

Third Eye Autism School, a recognized non-profit organization in Coimbatore, focuses on the development and talent-based assessment of special children. Founded by Ms. Saranya Rengaraj, our school aims to uncover hidden strengths that traditional education might overlook. We provide personalized support with small class sizes (1:4 teacher-child ratio) and individualized attention (1:1 teacher-child ratio). Our specialized instructors use research-based strategies to cater to the unique needs of neurodiverse learners and offer targeted support to foster passion and talent development through diverse extracurricular activities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PRO / Marketing Executive located in Coimbatore. The PRO / Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, communicating with stakeholders, and driving sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, creating promotional materials, and managing public relations activities to promote the organization's mission and services effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the non-profit or educational sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
