As a full-time on-site Speech and Language Therapist at Ekansh Abilitation Center in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to provide therapy sessions to children with speech disorders, communication disorders, and language disorders. This will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy techniques to enhance their communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, communication, and language disorders in children - Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results - Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills in children with special needs - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for each child - Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to update on progress and involve them in therapy sessions Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Speech Therapy and Dysphagia skills - Prior experience in treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of developmental milestones and therapy techniques for children - Certification in Speech and Language Therapy or related field - Experience working with children with special needs - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.,
