Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spectacle Fitter, located in Jaipur. The Spectacle Fitter will be responsible for fitting and adjusting eyeglasses, measuring customers for frame sizes, ensuring accurate lens fitting, providing product recommendations, and instructing customers on eyewear care. The role also includes maintaining inventory, keeping records of customer prescriptions, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitting and adjusting eyeglasses
• Knowledge of measuring techniques for frame sizes and accurate lens fitting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to provide product recommendations and eyewear care instructions
• Inventory management and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and precision in work
• Experience in the optical industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in optical fitting is beneficial
