The role involves managing lease agreements, conducting market research to identify new leasing opportunities, and overseeing effective lease administration. You will also be responsible for property management activities, with a special focus on building and maintaining relationships with Corporate NBFCs, Banks, and PSUs. Negotiating lease terms and ensuring compliance with company policies will be a key part of this role.Key Responsibilities• Manage lease agreements and lease administration processes• Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities• Handle property management and ensure tenant retention• Build and manage relationships with Corporate NBFCs, Banks, and PSUs• Negotiate lease terms and agreements• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements• Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsRequired Experience and Skills• 5 to 10 years of experience in Leasing and Lease Administration (mandatory)• Strong skills in Market Research and Property Management• Excellent negotiation and communication skills• Experience in leasing retention strategies• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple client relationships• Degree or certification in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
