You will have opportunities to grow within high-achieving teams. - Drive sales in the assigned territory by identifying potential customers and mapping accounts. - Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, purchase managers, and hospital authorities to achieve sales objectives. - Engage in scientific activities with healthcare professionals. - Submit sales data and related reports in a timely manner. - Organize scientific meetings to enhance awareness about therapy areas and products. - Maintain effective record-keeping and data management. - Participate actively in cycle meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. - Ensure compliance with BMS values and ethics in all business dealings. - Pharmacy graduate or Science graduate, MBA preferred. Languages: - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language as per geography. Experience and Knowledge: - Minimum 10 years of pharma sales experience. - Knowledge of the local market is advantageous. - Cardiology experience is preferred.,
