As a Specialized Analytics Senior Analyst at Citigroup, your role will involve applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and processes in the area of analytics. You will integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, requiring a deep understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Your responsibilities will include evaluating moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives, and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Excellent analytical skills will be essential for filtering, prioritizing, and validating complex and dynamic material from various sources. Additionally, your role will require strong communication and diplomacy skills as you regularly assume informal/formal leadership roles within teams, coach and train new recruits, and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and facilitating services to others in your area of specialization.
