Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Specialist Trainer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the Medical Services/Hospital industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare training and development.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals.
Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance knowledge and skills.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations to engage audiences and promote learning.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and timely training content.
Manage and maintain training materials and resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare training and development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations is an asset.
