Role Overview: You will be responsible for training students/clients on Tekla software courses, both online and offline at various locations. You will also oversee the activities of junior trainers/staff, plan training programs, and design promotional materials for course benefits. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional branches within the organization, Trimble Engineers/Trainers, and visit colleges/offices for course promotion. Key Responsibilities: - Train students/clients on Tekla software courses - Provide online and offline training at various locations/branches - Hold responsibility for the allocated branch - Coordinate with cross-functional branches for project completion - Coordinate with Trimble Engineers/Trainers as required - Lead and guide the activities of junior trainers/staff - Plan training programs and design promotional materials - Visit colleges/offices for course promotion - Thoroughly edit erection drawings, assembly, and single parts - Ensure correct pick points in drawings for dimensioning and legibility - Ensure drawings meet client specifications, standards, and requirements - Lead a team of editors, allocate resources, and manage hours for each project - Ensure all documentation requirements and deadlines are met - Assume responsibility for your contribution to each assigned project - Act as a liaison and communicate project details or issues with senior members and team leads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in modeling and detailing steel structures using Tekla Software - Experience in generating 3D models, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings - Working experience with AutoCAD software for shop drawing and fabrication drawing - Experience in BOQ, Quantity Takeoff, and expertise in AISC and OSHA standards - Attention to detail and refusal to dismiss the significance of mistakes - Proficient in written and verbal English - Excellent customer service skills - Previous training experience preferred Additional Details: Omit this section as no additional details of the company are provided in the job description.
