Specialist - Sourcing

As a Logistics Specialist- EXIM at our company, you will have a crucial role in managing the entire EXIM operations, including Imports & Logistics, customs clearance, Costing & Freight-Forwarding, Vendor Management, Material Planning & Inventory Analytics. Your responsibility will involve coordinating with the upstream of the supply chain to ensure sustainable high standards to support customers efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include Inventory Planning, Order Management, Imports & Logistics coordination, Master Data Management, Partner/Vendor Management, Customer/Stakeholder Management, Reporting & MIS. You will need to maintain effective cost management, high value-driven approach, and keen customer focus to ensure smooth logistics flow. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to effectively manage Inbound logistics, coordinate between upstream and downstream of the supply chain, maintain effective Inventory management, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms. You should possess critical functional competencies such as Inbound Logistics & EXIM Process management, Inventory/Material Planning, Vendor management, Cost and Freight Forwarding, and understanding of regulatory norms & compliance. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate degree, preferably in B.E./B. Tech., along with 7-10 years of experience in supply chain operations management, managing imports channel partners, handling EXIM logistics operations, and working in a multi-product company. Experience in an MNC and proficiency in ERP systems will be advantageous.
