Job Title

Testing Specialist

Location

Role:

To carry out NVH testing of 2W, 3W 4W & EV

Should have testing experience in the following areas:

Noise & vibration measurements
PBN measurements as per different country standards
Modal testing of sub-assembly, engine components & frame
Should have knowledge of EV vehicles
Should know about the advanced techniques like NSI, TPA, ODS etc
Operation of Chassis dyno / Engine dyno
Knowledge about Kaizen

Responsibilities:

To plan the NVH measurements-based on the requirements/problems and acquire data without any issue
Check the accuracy & consistency of the data
Prepare reports related to noise & vibration for durability vehicles
To perform modal testing of components / frame / sub-assemblies
Perform PBN test on 2W/3W & 4W
To meet Time & Quality targets set for the activity.
Improve existing process using automation / kaizen
