Job Description

As a Proposal Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the completion of RFP submissions and overseeing the entire pitch lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the completion of RFP submissions, ensuring they are up to 80% complete depending on complexity. - Leading pre-sales research and scoping exercises with stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, key strategic elements, and value propositions. - Developing baseline and second-level draft RFP responses, incorporating feedback from Business Stakeholders and writing executive summaries. - Overseeing the development of bid presentations in coordination with Business Stakeholders and the Graphic Design Team. - Identifying unique questions and responses in completed pitches and updating baselines with new content. - Managing the bid repository for best-in-class materials and continuously improving content accuracy. - Collating, updating, and delivering critical business data and Pursuits materials. - Developing strong relationships with the Design team to create JLL branded proposals and presentations. - Upholding quality standards and meeting SLA metrics. - Proactively implementing process improvements to ensure higher productivity and efficiency levels. Key skills required for this role include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, copywriting experience, attention to detail, strong influencing skills, and project management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential, with formatting and design skills as a plus. To excel in this role, you should be a Post-Graduate with excellent academic credentials and have over 5 years of experience in end-to-end proposal management within a professional services firm. You should possess a talent for writing, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build relationships virtually.
