As a Manager of Marketing Operations at our boutique marketing and communications company, you will be responsible for producing engaging and clear text for various advertising channels such as social media and websites. You will take ownership of social media channels for our existing clients, providing creative ideas, copy, and briefing the creative team for the communication plan. Additionally, you will assess the impact of posts/stories using analytics and collaborate with the creative and business teams to assess project needs and messaging. Your key responsibilities will include driving brand consistency across all company communications, staying current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere, and seeing projects through the entire creative lifecycle from inception to deployment. You will need to demonstrate a proven record of excellent writing skills, have an impeccable grasp of the English language, and be comfortable working independently under tight deadlines. To succeed in this role, you should have 1-5 years of experience in content marketing or copywriting, preferably with an agency. You must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and good time management skills. Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services is essential. Key skills required for this role include copywriting experience, content creation, a deep understanding of social media algorithms, Canva experience, and creative thinking.
