As a Commercial and Finance Manager in the pre-sales team based in Pune, your role involves handling the financial aspects of new deals. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and modeling deal/opportunity business cases. - Generating a comprehensive commercial deal view for management decision boards to ensure transparency for top management and decision makers. - Ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines, financial standards, profitability metrics, and conducting adequate risk assessment to secure corporate objectives as per organizational mandate. - Collaborating with various teams such as sales, solution, portfolio units leadership, business controlling, legal, HR, procurement, and treasury. - Assisting in evaluating and determining the commercial terms and conditions of new contracts. - Working with the sales team to negotiate commercial contractual issues with customers and external partners. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong background in finance and commercial aspects of deals. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
