Specialist- Mortgage underwriting

You should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US residential mortgage. Your main responsibilities will include underwriting loans following client guidelines, whether by using automated underwriting systems or manual guidelines. It will be crucial to evaluate and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all loan documents. Additionally, you will need to address pre- and post-closing issues related to underwriting. Proficiency in mortgage processing software and financial tools is required. A deep understanding of U.S. residential mortgage products such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, and USDA loans is essential. As a Mortgage Underwriting Specialist, you will work in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry. Your role will fall under the Finance and Accounts category. This is a full-time, permanent position.
