Specialist - Key User After Sales

Role Overview: As a Specialist - Key User After Sales at Nordex in Chennai, your main responsibility will be to provide daily 1st level support for Interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module in alignment with global SD aftersales business. You will also support and execute the UAT for STC Aftersales focusing on quotation planning, performing opservice, and supporting the interfaces between SAP CS and SAP SD module. Additionally, you will be responsible for coming up with new ideas of Master data Preparation with LSMW, designing, implementing & improving existing or new KPIs using tools like Power BI or Microsoft Dynamics, and ensuring a basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their importance in measuring business performance. Your role will also involve familiarity with SAP reporting tools, generating reports to track KPIs, good communication skills to share KPI results with stakeholders and team members, as well as digitalizing new checklists or creating new versions of existing checklists within Service.
