Job Description

Role Overview: As a Specialist, Issuer Rewards, you will be responsible for designing specifications and developing new products and services or their components. Your role involves defining functional and technical requirements, researching new technologies and competitive products, and generating additional product ideas and enhancements. You will play a key role in launch-related activities associated with new or highly customized product implementations, including marketing/communication and collateral development. Additionally, you will define business and technical requirements and manage relationships with technical resources and the Global Technology Organization to maintain and expand platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in the development of new products and product enhancements by performing tasks in the product development lifecycle - Gather information on market trends, the competitive landscape, and new product opportunities - Define product requirements and specifications - Support product launches and implementations - Contribute to product marketing programs - Prepare reports and presentations as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Strong knowledge of product development functions - Foundational understanding of general product development concepts and practices - Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and work independently - Strong organization, project management, verbal and written communication skills - Ability to understand and analyze financial information - Effective interaction with colleagues and collaboration with internal and external business partners - Some domestic or international travel may be required based on work conditions,
