Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage product requirements for Conversational AI Convert business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodology Prioritize product backlog and support PI planning with a clear roadmap and feature scope Oversee ETL workflows and troubleshoot data pipeline issues with engineering teams Key Deliverables: Conversational AI capabilities aligned with Amgen's Quality System Product backlog including functional and non-functional requirements UX-aligned process maps, technical requirements, and stakeholder demos Data pipelines and feature documentation supporting AI initiatives
