Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and maintaining automated solutions to streamline processes. - Guiding and supporting a team by providing domain expertise. - Contributing to the enhancement of recovery processes. - Actively participating in the full cycle of service delivery methodologies. - Performing complex change analyses and supporting their execution. - Developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience.
