Job Overview:

Specialist Invoice Processing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage a high volume of invoices related to real estate contracts and properties under the REFX project.
  • Perform thorough

    variance analysis

    by comparing actual versus expected financial data for invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and local accounting standards in all invoicing processes.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., accounting, procurement, and asset management) to resolve any discrepancies in invoices.
  • Utilize

    SAP REFX

    module for accurate invoicing, contract management, and tracking of real estate costs.
  • Perform

    financial analysis

    of invoice data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
  • Assist with

    monthly and quarterly reporting

    , ensuring that all real estate-related transactions are accurately captured and reconciled.
  • Utilize

    MS Access

    and

    Excel

    for data reporting, invoice tracking, and database management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on invoice status to management and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvements and provide suggestions to streamline invoice processing workflows.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices in accordance with company and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

    (including pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, and data visualization).
  • Strong

    SAP experience

    knowledge of

    SAP REFX

    module is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in

    invoice processing

    , ideally in a real estate or property management context.
  • Solid understanding of

    financial analysis

    ,

    variance analysis

    , and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency with

    MS Access

    for database management and query writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within

    finance, accounting, or real estate management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

    in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working on

    REFX

    projects.
  • Familiarity with

    AP/AR processes

    and property management systems.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
