Job Description

The position aims to support the Lead Specialist/Manager in collaborating with business leaders to drive HR initiatives. Your role involves assisting in enhancing employee engagement and retention, facilitating talent supply and development activities, enabling effective performance management, and contributing to workforce planning and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with managers to identify engagement and retention issues through surveys, feedback, and analysis. Additionally, you will support the implementation of action plans to address root causes of disengagement or turnover and monitor progress against agreed interventions. In terms of performance management, you will provide support during quarterly performance cycles by assisting with communications, coordinating performance reviews, helping managers with corrective action plans, and gathering employee feedback on performance and incentive programs. Furthermore, you will support workforce planning and organizational structure reviews by providing data and insights. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the execution of culture-building activities, departmental engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's values and objectives. You will contribute to the development of the HRBP team by sharing knowledge, participating in team learning initiatives, and supporting cross-functional HR projects as assigned. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-7 years of HR business partnering experience. Key competencies, skills, and behaviors required for this role include the ability to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights, clear and professional communication skills in English, building strong working relationships, supporting decision-making, resolving people issues, facilitating small-scale workshops/discussions, coordinating HR initiatives, following through on execution, and understanding business operations and HR's role in enabling success.,
