Specialist Global Contract Lifecycle Management

As a member of the Global Procurement team at Circle K Business Centre in India, you play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of global contracts within the organization. Your responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to draft, review, and execute contracts, developing templates for efficiency, tracking contract milestones, and ensuring timely renewals. You will also monitor contract performance, identify process inefficiencies, and maintain the integrity of contract data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support day-to-day operations for managing global contracts - Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and other departments for contract drafting and execution - Develop and maintain templates for efficiency and consistency - Assist with data migration activities in the Contract Lifecycle Management system - Track contract milestones and renewal dates, providing reminders for key activities - Ensure timely renewals across different categories and generate detailed reports - Monitor and resolve issues related to contract performance - Stay updated on industry trends in contracting domain and legal technologies - Identify process inefficiencies to streamline operations - Maintain accuracy and integrity of contract data in the system **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in Contract Management and Legal Operations - Hands-on experience with CLM tools like Sirion, Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms - Proficiency in CLM technologies such as Sirion, Icertis, and DocuSign - Exposure to Global Procurement or shared services environments - Understanding of end-to-end contracting process - Customer service-oriented with proactive problem resolution approach - Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and stakeholders - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficient in MS Office suite - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Team player with proactive and can-do attitude - Stakeholder-focused and adaptable to change - Additional CLM certification will be advantageous,
