CLM Solution Engineer Role Overview: The CLM Solution Engineer will design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and client interaction, with a focus on integrating CLM platforms seamlessly with enterprise systems like Salesforce and SAP Ariba. Key Responsibilities: Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions for CLM platforms. Develop and implement integrations with enterprise systems, including Salesforce and SAP Ariba, using APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration workflows. Provide technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases. Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in CLM solutions. Document technical designs, workflows, and client interactions. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in solution engineering or software development. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and system architecture. Strong expertise in API design and implementation for Salesforce and SAP Ariba integration. Web API Development /Postman Hands-on experience with CLM platforms like Icertis, Sirion, or DocuSign. Solid understanding of enterprise system integration workflows. Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills.
