Role Description As a Specialist - General Medicine at High Range Hospital, Tata Consumer Products Limited, located in Munnar, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating patients with complex medical problems in a multidisciplinary hospital setting. In addition to the qualifications listed, your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Patient Diagnosis and Treatment: Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions, including those in the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), and intensive care units (ICU). Collaborative Care: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and junior medical staff, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff, offering insights and best practices for diagnosing and treating complex cases. Medical Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including detailed medical histories, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes. Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duties on rotational basis to respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when required. Qualifications: MD or DNB in General Medicine. A valid medical license to practice in India. 0-5 years of experience as a Physician. Passion for providing patient-centered care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine.
