Specialist - FP&A

As a Expense Management Analyst at MetLife, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Developing annual budgets and monthly rolling forecasts with detailed variance commentary reporting - Engaging in front end discussions with Service Delivery and Functions to prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts - Ensuring accurate reporting of all expense variances in alignment with Business/Management expectations - Tracking and reporting all financial & non-financial drivers to support Management reporting - Conducting periodic variance analysis and reviews in collaboration with budget owners - Partnering with the central team for consolidation and monthly variance reporting - Preparing monthly Financial Performance reviews and reporting pack for Management Operating Reviews (MORs) - Performing variance analysis, closure, and trending analysis against previous months and budgets to support Corporate submissions - Generating reporting packs and various adhoc decision support/review reports and analysis - Facilitating and supporting new projects as needed About MetLife: MetLife is recognized as one of the "World's Most Admired Companies" by Fortune magazine and is listed among the "World's 25 Best Workplaces."
