Specialist - EUC Imaging

Description

We are looking for a Specialist - EUC Imaging to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in developing and managing imaging solutions for end-user computing devices, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain imaging solutions for end-user computing devices
• Create and manage deployment packages for software applications
• Ensure compliance with security standards in imaging processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve imaging-related issues in a timely manner
• Optimize imaging processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-14 years of experience in end-user computing (EUC) imaging
• Proficient in imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and configurations
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting
• Understanding of security protocols and data protection practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
