Specialist Engineer

As a part of the team of over 20,000 experts working across more than 50 countries, you will have the opportunity to contribute to transformative projects that define the future of the industry. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize skills in Process Piping to work on industrial design projects in sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, bulk drugs, etc. - Demonstrate dedication and strong problem-solving abilities in your work. - Uphold high work ethics and act responsibly in all tasks. - Be flexible and adaptable to change as necessary. - Collaborate effectively as a resourceful team player with strong communication, inter-personal, and visualization skills. - Identify and meet client/project requirements for timely completion and submission of project deliveries. - Assist in the preparation of equipment layouts for Process Areas and tank farms under the guidance of senior engineers. - Create Piping layouts for various areas including Process Plant buildings, utility areas, pipe racks, tank farms, etc. - Provide guidance to designers for nozzle orientation and piping markups. - Check Isometrics drawings, including system isos. - Calculate Piping MTO and SOQ. - Review alignment with other disciplines" 3D/2D deliverables. - Ensure quality checking of piping-related deliverables before submission. **Qualifications Required:** - BE/ME in Mechanical from a reputed university/institute. - Experience in Engineering Consultancy firms, particularly in the Chemical Industry/Pharmaceutical Industry domain. - Familiarity with piping-related codes and standards such as ASME, API, etc. - Strong team player with excellent communication abilities (verbal and written). - Proficient in preparing Piping layouts for various areas and working in a 3D environment. - Hands-on experience in Model review in Navisworks and knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, MS Office.
